As soon as you purchase any Popular Furniture product the delivery process begins!

All deliveries will occur on weekdays during normal business hours (public holidays excluded).
Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase:

• 5-7 Days for non-furniture orders (e.g bedding, rugs and décor)
• 
  10-14 Days for furniture orders.
• 
  7-14 Days for a combination of furniture and non-furniture orders

Popular Deliveries are done by reliable, contracted third party transporters with a national delivery network.

How much is the delivery fee?

• Custom-made furniture: Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not possible for custom-made furniture due to its unique nature.
• Regular-order furniture: Returns and exchanges for regular-order furniture are accepted within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
